Blue Devil Golf Club

I love this club! It’s proper, but not pretentious. People are always friendly, there is a great training course in the lil’devil for rookies, and it has a solid driving range. It seems like a great wedding venue and I love watching people on the 18th hole from the patio. Try the sweet potato fries from the menu, and ask for a second serving of the sauce.

One of my favorite courses in the south! I’m a novice golfer that enjoys the game more than keeping score, so I can’t speak to the difficulty of the course, but for an amateur, it kept me engaged for 18 holes and I never felt discouraged. The drink cart came around twice and she was situated at 5/15 which was perfect. (The club house is at the turn around) The course was beautiful and fun to play, I will definitely be back.

Excellent course, quite challenging. A bit expensive. Golfed late fall, and they made a huge effort to remove leaves to the quality of play could stay very high. Very nice tee boxes and greens, even late in the season. Had a cart where the screen didn't work, and they immediately drove a new one out to me and moved all our stuff for us. Just amazing service.

Blue Devil Golf Course is truly a special place for my family. It's where we go to unwind during the summer months and create memories that will last a lifetime. We had our wedding there, which was an absolute dream come true. Rosemary was an incredible help in planning and executing everything flawlessly. She made sure to incorporate traditional Chinese customs while still keeping things modern for our 130+ guests. Even with the added challenges of Covid, Rosemary was always there to answer our questions and make sure everything ran smoothly. We now love going back to Blue Devil with our two young boys to play mini-putt and Little Devil. My husband even plays in a corporate men's league there on Tuesdays. Overall, I highly recommend Blue Devil Golf course as a wonderful venue for your wedding or just a fun night out.

I HIGHLY recommend NOT having wedding here. Don't waste your time or your money. I signed the contract and left a deposit in September of 2020. Was supposed to get married September 23, 2023. There was little to no communication from anyone at the venue for the last 3 years unless I initiated it. They went from offering small intimate weddings, to secretly placing an 80 person minimum in 2023 without informing their upcoming weddings. I attended the venue on August 14, 2023 when I was first informed of this 80 person minimum, to my shock and dismay. My guest list is only 45 people. After expressing my concerns with Rosemary, her response was very rude and cold. No sympathy, compassion or understanding with respect to my situation. Her exact words to me 6 weeks before my wedding: "At this point you can choose to invite 80 guests or pay the extra amount for 80 people. We do have a clause in our contract that at our discretion we can cancel an event. We simply cannot host a wedding for 45 people." Yet I informed her in November 2021 that my guest list was closer to 55-60 people. They basically forced my hand in cancelling my event as they left me with no other option 6 weeks before my wedding. I simply cannot afford to pay for 35 absentee guests, especially in the current economic climate. I do not recommend this venue AT ALL.
